After checking into our hotel and meeting your new travel companions, we’ll kick off our adventure with a truly Venetian experience – the bacaro tour. This evening, we’ll immerse ourselves in local culture by visiting a selection of traditional bacari. These cosy, rustic taverns offer delicious “cicchetti” – small Venetian bites like fish balls or stuffed sandwiches – paired with a typical “ombra de vin” or spritz. It’s a fun, relaxed way to get to know each other while tasting the authentic flavours of Venice and soaking up the lively local atmosphere. A perfect start to our journey!

A Journey Through Canals and Culture
The Heart of Venice
Today, we’ll enjoy a scenic walk through Venice, starting at Piazza San Marco, where we’ll take in the stunning exteriors of the basilica. Our journey will then lead us to the picturesque San Marco Basin, followed by the enchanting Bridge of Sighs. We’ll stroll through the vibrant Mercerie, explore the iconic Grand Canal, and admire the magnificent Rialto Bridge. This leisurely walk promises to showcase the beauty and charm of Venice’s most famous landmarks.
Canareggio district and the Jewish Ghetto
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the charming district of Cannaregio, where the vibrant atmosphere and picturesque canals await. As we wander through the narrow streets, keep an eye out for the historical Jewish Ghetto, rich in culture and stories. If you’re feeling adventurous, you might even choose to indulge in a traditional gondola ride, gliding along the serene waterways and taking in the breathtaking views of Venice from the water. It’s the perfect opportunity to capture unforgettable moments in this enchanting city!

The Lagoon’s Islands
Murano, Burano e Torcello
Good morning, Venice! We’ll set off from San Marco on a shared boat with a multilingual guide on board, ready to explore the stunning islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. As we navigate through the serene waters of the lagoon, we’ll make our first stop in Murano, where you’ll witness a captivating demonstration of traditional glassmaking. After soaking in the artistry of Murano, we’ll continue to Burano, famous for its vibrant houses and exquisite lace. Finally, we’ll head to the tranquil island of Torcello, rich in history and charm. We’ll conclude our navigation around 5:30 PM, leaving you with unforgettable memories of these enchanting islands!

Today we head towards the iconic Basilica di San Marco in Venice. With our skip-the-line tickets in hand, we'll bypass the crowds and immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of this architectural masterpiece. As we explore the basilica's stunning mosaics and intricate details, you'll be captivated by its rich history and grandeur.
A sunset to remember
In the afternoon, we’ll take some time to relax and unwind. Whether you choose to indulge in a bit of shopping, enjoy a soothing massage, or simply stroll through the enchanting streets of Venice to soak in its beauty, the choice is yours. Later, we’ll embark on a private motorboat for a scenic navigation along the Grand Canal, where you’ll experience stunning views of the city’s iconic landmarks. As we glide through the waterways, we'll toast with a glass of prosecco, celebrating our Venetian adventure while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. It’s a perfect way to unwind and appreciate the magic of Venice as the day comes to a close!
